OPEN DOOR - Drop-in Cafe

Tuesday mornings: 9.00 - 1.00 p.m.

Open Door is a time when Christ Church will be open and anyone from the community can come and have a chat over a cup of coffee/tea. The intention is that relationships will be built up and support offered through signposting. Please pray for this time as we seek to help those who are lonely and vulnerable. Each week starts with 'thought for today' from 9.00-9.30 a.m.
If you are interested in joining a small group from Open Door who are exploring faith, chatting and learning more about God, Jesus, prayer and church, then join us as we meet fortnightly from 1.00 p.m. (for about 1½ hours).
For further information please contact Graeme Russell, Community Missioner, at the Church Office on 01527 460400

Meet fornightly in Church on Fridays: 10.00 - 11.15 a.m.

Messy Church

2nd Saturday of every month: 10.00 - 12.00 noon

Woodrow Community Centre

Messy Church is an all-age form of church for children and adults with crafts, a short celebration time with story and songs and food. It is free and there is no need to book - just come along - but children must be accompanied by an adult throughout the session. Each session is held on the 2nd Saturday of every month

PRAYER at Christ Church

Every Tuesday evening from 7.30 – 8.30 p.m. we meet in the downstairs room in the Church Centre to pray. This prayer time is an important part of our corporate church life as we are in a spiritual battle - so please make every effort to come along and seek God's face.

"If my people who are called by my name will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sins and heal their land. I will listen to every prayer made in this place, for I have chosen this Temple and set it apart to be my home forever. My eyes and my heart will always be here" (2 Chronicles 7:14-15)

There is also an opportunity to pray every Sunday morning at 10.00 a.m. in the Prayer Room before the Morning Worship service
